2 weeks agoThe room isn't well maintained. The sink was almost completely blocked. Took forever for it to drain. There are bed bugs. I woke up with rashes over my right thigh. Hair dryer wasn't working. The carpet was not cleaned properly. I could see long hair strands. The room had a musty odour as well. This is not a 5* quality hotel. At the very best its only 3* and I'm being generous. The management must strive to maintain the quality of the hotel and service. Only thing I liked is its proximity to East Coast and Kuantan City Malls

2 weeks agoStain on cushioned chair, stain in toilet sink. duvet cover definitely not changed because it's very very dry texture, I had it before the same at villa in Bali. airconditioning not well maintained, no matter how I change the temperature it's still cold. 💨🤦🏻♀️ How come you claim this as 5 stars hotel? this is 2 stars hotel standard.

2 months agoNice place to stay in Kuantan. The room is nice and big, internet here is fast and reliable. Didn’t like the view I’m getting (next building view) and the corridor (without a/c). Breakfast is quite nice here. Location is very good and parking is easy to find. Overall, good. Price is also reasonable. Would say, I’d recommend this hotel.

a month agooffers spacious rooms and easy parking. The staff are kind and helpful.The breakfast is truly the best part! There is a wide variety of food and drinks, including the best Teh Tarik I've found in Kuantan. Plenty of seating is available, and waiters clear tables quickly. Area for improvement: The chicken in the Ayam Masak Merah was still raw,a significant issue that needs immediate attention.

a week agoThe hotel is clean and comfortable. TV are new TV. The breakfast serve is average. My overall experience there is good and enjoy the good view of Kuantan at high floor level. Recommend 👍 👍 👍
