in the last weekThis is 5 star hotel everything is perfect except for kid, swimming pool is small and just basic swimming pool, no water slide, no sauna room. Everything is ok

in the last weekAre you sure this is a 5-star hotel? Other than the pleasant scent in the lobby, nothing stood out. Poor bathroom cleanliness and insufficient lobby seating made the experience feel more like a OYO hotel than a luxury one.

in the last weekthis is a 5-star property, but my experience had a few important issues that future guests should be aware of. I booked a queen bed room via Agoda, however upon arrival I was informed that queen beds are not actually available in the hotel, so I was assigned a different room type instead. Please update clearly on booking platforms to avoid confusion. The room itself also feels quite outdated and the parking area was quite confusing to navigate
