in the last weekHad an amazing dinner at Jaman Tory Resepi today with my wife, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Patin Tempoyak Set, and the fish was incredibly fresh. The tempoyak gravy was rich, well-balanced, and packed with flavour without being overpowering. Definitely one of the best we've had. We also tried the Kampung Chicken Set. The chicken was surprisingly big, yet the meat remained juicy, tender, and not dry at all. Every bite was satisfying. One thing that really surprised us was the medium-sized omelette. Coming from Kuala Lumpur, a "medium" usually means quite small, but here, the portion was more like a large size. Great value for money! We also added the Daging Pekasam, and it was absolutely delicious. It had the perfect taste and complemented the meal really well. A special shout-out to the amazing staff – Umair, Nik, and Bahyah. Their service was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. They welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable throughout our dining experience. Great food is important, but great hospitality is what makes customers want to return, and this team certainly delivered both. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Malaysian cuisine with generous portions, delicious flavours, and excellent service. We'll definitely be coming back again.
