a week agoAttended a family event here. 05 Sept 2026, asked the Kimstone staff for advice from the female staff in purple with glasses who coordinated the catering yesterday. As a close relative of the person who purchased the event venue yesterday, my brother just looked at the menu at the buffet at 11:15AM. She told the guests that they could start eating at 11:30AM. As a procedure, that's the way it should be and we didn't want to eat at that time just to look at the menu. Once when my sister, as the person who booked for this event, asked us to sit at the reserved table, the woman in purple as mentioned earlier was very excited and told her friends that she had asked her to entertain us all. Throughout the event, she seemed to have no function, just acted and was busy, although the event management was not as planned. Attitude comes first. Kudos to the male staff who are friendly and work with full dedication. To be honest, throughout my time attending events at other events, this event hall and staff are pretty bad.

2 weeks agoThe food court has a really enjoyable atmosphere, and the whole visit felt worth the trip. What stood out most for me was the chance to catch the live show and enjoy the energy around the place. It made the stop at Kimstone Food Court & Hall feel a bit more special than a regular meal.

3 weeks agoCame on a Sunday night.. Not many people.. Service is slow, including the preparation of water and food.. Can improve further in terms of the preparation time of food and drinks.. vibe is ok.. can go far
