in the last weekThe condition in the room was pleasant, the aesthetic of fidelia is actually enchanting. I booked my stay after seeing tiktok videos, unfortunately it wasnt reflect the reality of terible erosion that interupted the seaview chalet making my stay not fully enjoyable with the bulldozer sighting and the varandah just inches away from slope edge due to erosion. I enjoy the next door by the sea cafe(mamas) and fidelia in house cafe. I believe it used to be a gem with kampung aesthetic. Make sure you bring your own toiletries - soap, shampoo, tooth brush etc cause it wasnt provided in the room. I regret not staying here earlier before the place beauty fading, swallowed by the strong current/waves. I hope this little gem can be saved from climate change impact. Some chalets are still okay make sure you contact them and ask for the room that are not impacted by the erosion.

a week agome and my friends had such a great time at this cafe by the beach! the cakes and drinks were delicious. the owner was so kind and even gave us free pizzas. highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good food, great views, and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely come back! ❤️

2 weeks agoVilla de Fedelia Cherating offers excellent value for money and has so much potential. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, and overall it's a nice place for a relaxing beach getaway without breaking the bank. The biggest disappointment is the beach. Over the years, coastal erosion has taken a heavy toll, with around half of the beachfront affected. As a result, the beautiful beach view that once made this place so special isn't quite the same anymore. It's a real pity because the resort has all the ingredients to be something special. With some investment, refurbishment, and continued efforts to restore the beachfront, Villa de Fedelia could easily become one of the best beachfront resorts in Cherating again. For now, it's still a good stay for the price, and I genuinely hope to see it return to its former glory. 🌊🏖️
