Great villa. Our room are facing the sea. The vibes are very refreshing especially in the morning and evening. Very suitable for a relax and romantic vacation

The room is very beautiful with a view. Only the equipment in the room is not as complete as a normal hotel with that price. The reception staff is friendly with the clients. But, our sustenance is not very good. There is no water in the room. We waited for several hours. But, there was no water. The villa replaced it with bottled water. And also provided a bucket for us to take water outside the room. But in the end we decided to leave immediately without staying at the villa. Alhamdulillah, the owner was kind enough to give us a refund. Hopefully there will be improvements for Villa de Felia.

Everything is ok.. just wanted to have breakfast a little bit.. the cook's face doesn't look like a Malay Muslim.. near the counter there is a notice "all food served in this restaurant is halal" Most expensive hotels provide mineral water and toothbrushes in the room, There is none around here. One of the shortcomings. Suggestions.. Look for Muslim workers, many Malay Muslims come here on vacation. Carlsberg should make a counter that can be hidden behind. Don't show it.

Absolute nightmare. Save your RM500++. We booked a sea-view villa on 16th May, and it was a complete scam. Look at the other reviews on Agoda, this place has a notorious history of terrible management and broken facilities. 1. THE BIGGEST LIE: I explicitly asked on WhatsApp beforehand if this villa was suitable for elderly people. In reality, it is a massive, exhausting walk from reception. When I confronted the manager, she had the nerve to look me in the eye and claim I never asked her in the first place! I have the WhatsApp evidence right here, stop lying! 2. Zero Service: No guidance from staff. We got lost, called the manager, and she promised to send staff. No one showed up. We had to find it ourselves. 3. Looks Abandoned: The place looks like an abandoned house. It looks absolutely nothing like the advertised pictures. 4. Overpriced Garbage: For RM500++, they trick you by only giving you a single lower unit/level of a bungalow instead of a whole house. There is no living room, no working TV channels, a microscopic kitchen, no pool, and a terrible beach view. It is completely ridiculous for this price. 5. Cheap Breakfast Scam: "Breakfast" is just a cheap coupon where you are forced to choose only ONE item between nasi lemak, beehoon, sandwich, or cereal. To make it worse, the nasi lemak was already "sold out" by 9 AM! Pathetic. 6. Filthy & Broken Facilities: The bedroom was covered in dust, sand and we had to clean it ourselves. The water sink was completely clogged and gave off a horrible, disgusting smell. There were lizard droppings (tahi cicak) everywhere, even on the fridge and windows. 7. Insects & Mosquito Infestation: The room was crawling with all kinds of insects. When I complained about the swarm of mosquitoes, the arrogant manager argued that I should have asked for repellent. It's 2 bloody AM! Why wasn't it provided in the first place?! As a girl traveling only with my grandma who has bad knees, I am not opening my door to a stranger at 2 AM!!!!! 8. Broken Aircond: The air conditioning was barely functioning. It was blowing hot air and we ended up drenched in sweat the entire night. Zero comfort. 9. Deposit Holding: To make matters worse, they held onto my deposit after checkout. We checked out on the 17th, and it took them 2 full days of waiting until the 19th just to give my money back. 10. Hostile Manager: The Malay staff were nice, but the female manager is incredibly toxic, a liar, and rude. She literally shouted at me when I urgently needed to use the toilet near the reception, asking me rudely, "Are you a guest here?!!!" Deyy, of course I am! What else would be the point of me wanting to use it?! 11. Zero Accountability: When I tried to give feedback, she just argued and blamed me for everything. Owner, your manager is an aggressive liar who fights with guests while managing a filthy, broken property. Fix this if you care about your villa. But we are never coming back.
