a month agoEast Coast Mall is our favorite mall in Kuantan! It is absolutely the best—it has everything you could need, from a wide range of shopping options to great entertainment. Plus, the parking is easy and convenient.

a month agoThe biggest mall in Kuantan, Pahang. Have a cinema, f&b, Electronics & gadgets, fashion & Parkson. Not too bad. Parking is cashless too. But there is no supermarket after AEON Big left as main tenant. So difficult to buy fresh fruits or produce. Even Pharmacy is hardly available. The exterior of the mall is outdated with old school printed poster while other malls has been using LED signage & 3D Display. High time to refurbish to make the mall more appear up to date.

2 months agoWe love coming to ECM as it is convenient and has good facilities. However, today (10/10/2025) at around 9:35 p.m. we were chased away from BR and were refused service when trying to buy ice cream. Other customers also experienced the same thing. This is the first time such an incident has happened in a mall like this. The reason given was, “Kami dah tutup, ada audit.” Is this allowed to happen in such a well-known mall in Kuantan? Are there any policies that apply to other shops as well? Because only this particular shop treated us in this manner. We hope the management can look into this matter. Thank you.
