2 months agoHad an awesome short vacation stay here. Booked the hotel through Agoda and got in touch with hotel staff to confirm the booking and to add on a special request for for my wife's birthday. The hotel staffs really were understanding, humble and so helpful. Upon arrival the staffs greeted us with a beautiful warm welcome. The room was was decorations were so beautiful and romantic. The view outside the room was breathtaking. We loved and enjoyed the stay at Mega View Hotel. Definitely will be back again.

2 months agoAmple free parking for guests. Staffs are very accommodating. Excellent views from various points: View from the lift,can see kuantan tower. Room view: Pahang River and the old bridge. View of the river from MiCasa Cafe. Breakfast is very delicious Lunch also delicious Facilities & Amenities: Conference hall is very comfortable Room amenities include fridge, own iron/iron board. Complete utilities: Coffee, tea, bottle water, hot water functioned well, and functioning AC Nearby cafes and restaurants: ms Elliot,Dotti's,koffeebil etc Surau provided at level 4.Telekung also available ❌ Drawback Room Size: Room is a bit small for guests with kids.alternatives for bigger room : swiss belhotel ,cathayana,swiss residence Coming back? Definitely!

a month agoHotel’s location is strategic, in the city centre and right next to the river bay. Parking provided. Room AC was strong, bed on the harder side but was comfortable nevertheless. There are many hipster cafes within 5 mins walk from the hotel. I.e. Muka Atelier, Elliot cafe and Kula Cakes.

5 months agoHad a great stay at Mega View Hotel! The room was spacious and clean. I even got a free upgrade from a twin to a queen, which was a lovely surprise. Special thanks to the Chinese gentleman staff at the reception (I forgot his name, sorry!) he was super friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process really smooth. Truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in Kuantan again!

3 months agoStayed here for 2 nights for my business trip. 1. The location is great, easy to find and the bonus point is you can just walk along the river side. Since i love briskwalking, this hotel definitely a jackpot. The parking for weekdays is okay, plenty parking space infront and behind hotel. 2. The room is spacious and sparkling clean and it looks new too. It complete with fridge, iron, iron board, hair dryer and also provide toothbrush etc. It was so convenient. The tv works well too with lot of channel. 3. The staff are warm, helpful and friendly. I felt so welcoming here. Dear owner, please pay them handsomely 🤭 I feel safe staying here except that one night, one of the guest accidently trying to open my door at the midnight. Luckily his access card could not work with my room (room 807). 4. The breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Nasi lemak, nasi jagung so yummy. Choc cake, mamak fried noodles also yummy. So happy tummy Please maintain your service. Would love to repeat staying here again.
