4 weeks agoAfter our visit to the dinosaur park, we were keen to explore more of Kuantan. Teluk Cempedak Beach was high on our list, and upon arriving, we were immediately struck by how vibrant the area was. It wasn't just a beach, it was a bustling hub with familiar names like McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks. We were primarily there to experience the beach itself and check out a few of the tourist attractions. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, hoping for a relaxing getaway. The beach was actually quite well maintained and clean, making it one of the cleaner beaches we've seen on the east coast of Malaysia. Listening to the rolling sound of the waves and enjoying the sea breeze was incredibly soothing. The beach was well maintained, but not quite the 'golden sands' we'd imagined. The water looked inviting, although there were quite a few people around, even on a weekday. We strolled along the shore, taking in the scenery and snapping a few photos. Worth to drop by to chill here if you are around the area.

a month agoWell maintained public beach having many restaurants, local shops and with a kid playground. I like the concept of putting manmade grass on the sloppy separation between sandy beach and the pedestrian. It make the entire area clean and providing a comfortable resting area. Hardly see any rubbish, well done to all visitors and please maintain it like this, also please spread this practice to all other beaches. There is a lifeguard watch tower. There is a volleyball pitch with net. Dustbins available on the beach. Among the restaurant here you can have mcd, Starbucks, kfc, loceng cafe which are really comfortable and giving good choices to all kind of tourist including foreigner if they can’t enjoy local food from other restaurants like Nasi lemak and noodles.

a month agoWent there on a Saturday. It was bustling and lively as expected, definitely love it! I personally love fast paced life so Teluk Chempedak was perfect! The beach was squeaky clean, no trash at all! A perfect assimilation of nature and humanity living harmoniously. Definitely will go again, I love you TC!

3 months agoBeyond the glitzy hotels and delicious fast food, try walking the beach barefoot on weekend mornings and purge your stress like Astartes purging Xenos from the galaxy. Good view and air but i wish they would open more areas for public to walk. The hotels shall make a walkaway for public to walk and mayb allow fot people to dine there. The Bukit Pelidung wooden walkaway is closed is a sad thing as it got killer view. Beware of the monkeys. Parking and cleanliness still not there yet. Hire more workers.
