a month agoWe recently stayed here and while the view was absolutely wonderful and truly the highlight of the property, our overall experience was disappointing. The main concern was the way communication was handled by the manager (or the person managing guest relations). Perhaps she believed she was being polite, but her tone came across as rude, and the responses felt defensive rather than genuinely helpful. Hospitality is not only about providing accommodation, but also about how guests are treated. Despite many other cheaper options available in the area, we chose to pay extra to stay here because we expected better service and hospitality — not to receive treatment like this. We stayed in Villa 1. Upon entering the room, there was a significant amount of sand on the floor, as if it had not been properly cleaned. We understand it is a beachside unit, but basic cleanliness should still be maintained. The water pressure was very slow, and the mattress protector had visible mould, which was concerning. This property has strong potential because of its beautiful views and location. However, improvements in guest communication and housekeeping standards are necessary to meet the expectations that come with the price point.

3 months agoIt was one of our pleasant holiday stay! It all started with very helpful online booking direct with the Villa. Very attentive and helpful. On arrival, we were received with smooth and warm welcome. The place, serene, just what we really wanted. We were blessed with nice wheather despite in the middle of monsson. will definitely come back again

2 months agoRude attitude from front desk receptionist. Me & my friends walk thru the sand bay to get to our resort( which believe is own by the same owner) while exploring for the future stay. Then the receptionist stop us and chase us out from the property,by mentioning (GET OUY FROM MY PROPERTY!) out loud. And threatening that the cctv had us good, he call make a report police if he wants to. Previous year during my visits,it okay to walk thru the sand bay to get to the surfing point. But this time, the receptionist attitude really caught me off guard. Review from Regular visitors for cherating during surfing season.

3 months agowasted potential. if you like throw away your money for overpriced experience, please do so with this villa. perfect infestation for poor customer care and reliability, broken door knobs, toilet sewage treatment out of the window (literally), if you love blind box this for you: u might get a TV, u might not, who knows; water pressure and i quote from a fellow neighbor: “macam bau kencing”, roaches crawling all over the bathroom, self-made policy on the spot for any reason to revoke your deposits. Guilt tripping and “docking” employees salary in front of your guests. oh by the way, first time seeing hospitality managers arguing with their guests in public and barging into their rooms.

a month agoDidn’t even stay here however during the booking process the staff on WhatsApp were extremely rude while answering basic questions from us, their guests, even have the audacity to refer us to a different place to stay although we didn’t even ask for suggestions. This is the first place I’ve seen this horrible of service, such wasted potential for a beautiful location. Just because your location is good doesn’t mean you can scam people and ignore questions in terms of cleanliness and requests for pictures of the rooms. Whenever we asked questions they just answered rudely and told us to look at the website, which not all customers are going to be aware of OBVIOUSLY. Makes it more apparent that the place is not well maintained, that’s why they dodge the questions and get defensive. Why give us bitchy attitude? Do the staff not know basic customer service? Seems like this place doesn’t even want any guests, believe all the bad reviews, if you don’t want any customers and have this rude, lazy attitude, why bother replying anyways? Just take down your entire listing off google, airbnb and your website dawg
