Royale Chullan Villas Cherating

Mulanya agak sedikit kecewa sebab requested room under renovation and none of the staffs inform me eventhough i put remarks in the email or when i made an advance call to double check my reservation. So i have been located to another room but there was an event in the next room so i have to keep my curtain closed most of the time. But im trying to be positive, the warmth service from staffs reduce the disappointment. Everyone was super friendly and kind, feel like one big family. All staffs are locals and i love supporting our local friends because interaction they made make me feel like i was back in my kampung. Hotel has an app where you can chat with the staffs directly. Introverts love these. Hotel landscape was maintained beautifully, great for morning walk. The beach was magnificent. It was clean and clear water. There is no direct sunrise or sunset here to see but that also means great to spend time on beach because it was not that hot and sunny. The waves was not really strong, safe for kids. Room was clean, tidy with some juices provided in the fridge. The toiletries shower gel and body lotion smells so good. Water pressure was strong. There's only one thing turned down, it was the pillows. The pillows made my neck hurts next day. They should change the pillows to better ones. Breakfast buffet was a lot of varieties. Foods are great only that sambal nasi lemak and curry mee a little salty. Fruits served was all fresh and sweet. Macaroni was delicious and drinks was nice too. Lastly, hopefully can visit this hotel again next time. Keep it up management team!

Been here for family vacation during 18-19Oct. What I can say - great hospitality! The staffs were so good, friendly and helpful. Even through our car. Need to be parked downhill at the guardhouse area, the good side is their buggies operates 24h, so no worries to commute from outside to inside the resort. Food were awsome! Their pulut kuning and rendang daging served during breakfast was perfectly cooked and so nostalgic! Our room - Ocean Suit 308. But the bed is not superking bed size, just normal king size I guess. Complimentary food - keropok! That’s the main highlight for visiting pantai timur 🩵 Awsome experience. Will come again next time!!

Overall, the hotel was good, but there is still room for improvement. It would be better if the hotel had a swimming pool for guests to enjoy, especially since it’s not directly facing the sea and the beach nearby is in a cove. These facilities would make the stay more fun and relaxing, especially for families. The buffet breakfast also didn’t have many choices, which was a bit disappointing. More variety would make the meal more enjoyable. On the bright side, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant.

Stayed at villa for one night and chalet for two. Villa’s room is okay although there is definitely rooms for improvement. Chalet’s room however, is very bad! The curtain has molded and the bathroom is very very small despite the charging price. For a price like that, i couldve gotten better room and elsewhere with better accommodities. View is quite nice. However the food was below mid and below expectations, the menu for breakfast is the same every single day. So there arent many options to be chose from. Buggy service is also very slow. If I call for one, the waiting time for the buggy to show up can take up till 40 mins just for a 5 min ride. Please see to this matter accordingly

1st time book with Royale Chulan. A very good services provided from all staff upon arrival. Taking buggy service to reception for check -in and as well, feel the warmest from the villa service was the room been pre-on the aircond and feel the cool air when from outside hot sun. Clean private beach and cleaniness of the room make guests feel comfort.
