in the last weekThe first day of our stay at Royal was perfectly fine, but things took a frustrating turn on the second day which is Friday night. There is a beach bar located not faw away from our chalet. They blasted extremely loud music and people were constantly shouting, which didn't stop until 4 AM. What made it worse was the customer service. When I went to the reception at 2 AM to complain about the unbearable noise, the staff simply told me that there was nothing they could do about it. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway to relax, I highly recommend you think twice before booking this place. The lack of noise control and unhelpful reception really ruined the experience.

a week agoI always choose to stay at Royale Chulan Cherating Villas & Chalet whenever I visit Cherating because I really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. This time I stayed in the chalet, and it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. The only suggestion I have is to provide a thicker comforter in the room. The current blanket is quite thin, and it can get a little too cold at night with the air conditioning on. A thicker comforter would definitely make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s still one of my favourite places to stay in Cherating, and I will definitely be coming back again!

a week agoOk, the chalet room is biashe, maybe because the pricing is very low.. the beachfront location is within 200m.. no mysticism.. 🧐👍
