I would like to share my experience after staying at this resort. There are a few concerns that I feel should be highlighted and improved to ensure a better experience for future guests. The room cleanliness was below expectation. There was noticeable dust on the table and other surfaces. I also found a leaf under my pillow and some magazines under the bed. Additionally, the bathroom sink had visible stains and did not appear to be properly cleaned. What disappointed me the most was encountering rats inside the room. I saw one moving through the cabinet before it disappeared. I informed the front desk staff during check-out, and while the complaint was noted, I expected a more reassuring response, such as an apology or acknowledgment that the issue would be taken seriously. This is particularly concerning as I noticed similar feedback from other guests as well. On a positive note, the food was delicious with a good variety of choices. The hot teh tarik served during breakfast was my favorite. The service at the dining area was excellent, with staff promptly clearing plates after meals. The resort is very child-friendly. The pool area was enjoyable and well supervised, and the lifeguard was attentive in ensuring safety. There is also a pleasant park area near the pool, which was one of my favorite spots for a walk. The morning view was stunning, especially with the nearby beach. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good facilities and services. I would consider staying here again, but I sincerely hope the cleanliness and pest control issues will be addressed, as they significantly affect the overall experience. p/s Theres a lot activity you can do while staying here so Its worth too give it try.

Our trip to De Rhu Beach Resort was literally weeks ago, and we're still talking about it! The rooms were fantastic – clean, spacious, and with amazing views. The service was impeccable; the staff was always friendly and helpful. And the location is simply stunning. We spent our days lounging on the beach, swimming in the crystal-clear water, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to go back!

The room environment is satisfactory but there is dust that has not been swept on the floor, the room condition is quite old. Comfortable pool for children & adults. Close to the beach, easy to reach.

I like the calmness that it's offers + it's private beach. It has mini water theme park. It's located about 20mins from city. I think it is good if the hotel can scrub it's wall to remove old stains.
