in the last weekA resort situated in Pantai Balok, Kuantan. 30 minutes drive from the city centre. We stayed 2 days 1 night here. Check in was smooth. Although there's a small hiccup when i need to wait as there's only one receptionist at the counter during my visit. A customer wanted to ask about room arrangement. The receptionist kindly ask the customer to wait first and completed my check in process. Since im travelling with toddler, a bell boy kindly enough send our bags to the room. Which was very helpful. The room was clean. Although a bit musky, damp smell when we entered. But the smell dont last long. Bathroom is clean. We used the pool facilities and my daughter love it very much. Short walk to the beach and it was clean and well managed. Breakfast was good variant and the taste was ok. They also have other than black coffee but need to pay if you want it. The surroundings of the resort was a bit dark at night especially around the parking area. Overall, we satisfied with our short stay. The price was reasonable and the facilities was good.
