in the last weekAn Excellent Stay at Grand Makmur Hotel Kuantan! 🌟 Overall, our stay here was truly wonderful. The check-in process at the Front Office went smoothly, and all the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean. A special thank you to: Mrs. Tengku Din – For the excellent service and for introducing this hotel to us. Chef Nazmi – For taking great care of us during breakfast. There was a wide variety of menu choices, and everything was delicious! Azroy – A very hardworking staff member who is always generous with his smile, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Makmur Hotel Kuantan for the excellent hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again! 👍

in the last weekGreat location and spacious room. Stayed 2 nights here. The check in process was really smooth. I booked a superior deluxe room through the official website (i got mobile price promo). To our suprise the room was very spacious. The bathroom was provided with toileteries. It was clean and spacious too. Breakfast were great with variant of menu. They changed their menu everyday so you need to try everything in a day. They also have a coffee machine. The food were delicious and fresh. I had a chance to use the pool and my daughter absolutely love it. They provide towels at the pool area. Overall our stay was very pleasant and exceeded my expectations.

in the last weekI have been here several times. But tonight, i had to give review regarding your staff attitude which I felt a bit rude. Earlier today, after I finished my dinner outside, i walked up to the gym area around 9.35 pm just to see the room condition. As i passed by the small sitting area before the gym, I saw your staff was sitting there while charging his phone. When I am about to open the door room, then the staff said "nak guna gym ke?" from afar at the place which he was sitting then I replied "tak nak tengok bilik gym tu je". My question is, have your staff ever learned how to adress people properly? At least he can say "Maaf Encik, nak guna gym ke?" Simply pissed me off. Address people properly!

a week agoVery poor customer service. I called at around 8:50 AM on 12 September 2026 to politely ask if there was a room available with a queen-size bed. The staff who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply making a polite enquiry, yet the attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. If the room was unavailable, a simple and polite “no” would have been enough. Basic courtesy costs nothing. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.
