a month agoI stayed at Greenlast hotel every month in Kuantan for one night. Overall, it’s okay for the price.The room was quite big.Basic amenities like a hairdryer were provided, but the iron and ironing board are shared and kept outside the rooms. On the positive side, the hotel design is well-planned and modern, and the toilet was clean and fully functional both definite highlights. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. Parking area very spacious. All in all, it’s an acceptable budget choice, especially if you’re just stopping overnight and value location and a clean bathroom over space, quiet, or in-room amenities.

a month agoGreenlast Hotel (Greenlast) Overall, it’s a budget-level stay that works if your expectations are basic, but it didn’t fully meet mine. The room was generally acceptable for a short stopover, but the upkeep felt inconsistent—some areas looked like they could use better cleaning and maintenance. Sound insulation was also not great. Basic amenities are provided, but nothing stands out, and the overall comfort level is average at best. Service was okay—but the experience felt transactional rather than genuinely welcoming. Check-in/check-out was straightforward, though the process could be smoother with clearer communication. In summary: workable for a quick, low-cost night.

4 months agoI have stayed here 3x. Good: 1. Location 2. Close to all amenities 3. Have refill drinking water next to the lift 4.AC is good Needs improvement: 1. A bigger screen at bathing area to prevent water spilling over into the floor which can be dangerous and falling risk 2. Pillow is too hard. Prefer softer and lower pillows 3. TV programs limited and reception is poor 4. Provide toothbrush/paste 5. A small refrigerator will be good Suggestions: To take away carpet as it smells and just put tiles will do for the rooms. And it's more hygienic and easy to manage and clean

4 months agoThe room is too small and the shower and the flush didn't work .the room number is 604 floor 6.King size bed only suitable for 3 people.the worst experience at kuantan and I am kuala lumpur.there's no housekeeping at the hotel but they charge for all the facilities.one night cost me rm170 waste of money .the tv is so small and the remote is not working and I book this hotel in agoda.the glass and the tissue box is too dusty the bathroom don't have lock

6 months agoWe walk in book last minute, excellent receptionist (Ms Nisha) really was helpful and kind with our situation. Rooms are worth 5 star rating as well. Will 100% stay here again if we ever come by
