a month agoI have stayed here 3x. Good: 1. Location 2. Close to all amenities 3. Have refill drinking water next to the lift 4.AC is good Needs improvement: 1. A bigger screen at bathing area to prevent water spilling over into the floor which can be dangerous and falling risk 2. Pillow is too hard. Prefer softer and lower pillows 3. TV programs limited and reception is poor 4. Provide toothbrush/paste 5. A small refrigerator will be good Suggestions: To take away carpet as it smells and just put tiles will do for the rooms. And it's more hygienic and easy to manage and clean

5 months agoStrategic location – situated within the town but slightly off the main traffic flow, offering a quieter environment. The area is surrounded by a variety of Chinese and Indian eateries serving good food. A laundry and a 7-Eleven are just a short drive away (under 5 minutes). There’s also a massage centre conveniently located in the same building, where I had a pleasant experience. The room was equipped with all the basic amenities needed, though the iron was shared. Initially, the door lock was faulty, so we had to switch rooms. The water pressure was also quite low. That said, it was a comfortable stopover for a night in Kuantan. I’d consider staying again on future visits.

3 months agoWe walk in book last minute, excellent receptionist (Ms Nisha) really was helpful and kind with our situation. Rooms are worth 5 star rating as well. Will 100% stay here again if we ever come by

a month agoThe room is too small and the shower and the flush didn't work .the room number is 604 floor 6.King size bed only suitable for 3 people.the worst experience at kuantan and I am kuala lumpur.there's no housekeeping at the hotel but they charge for all the facilities.one night cost me rm170 waste of money .the tv is so small and the remote is not working and I book this hotel in agoda.the glass and the tissue box is too dusty the bathroom don't have lock

5 months agoIf you are staying for more than a night will need to scan the card for the next day. Water pressure is super slow even I can pee better. TV is just a waste as no clear shows can be watched and it’s a small tv. Walkway to the room has a kind of wet smell as its carpet has not been cleaned for ages I guess. Bed was like about to break. Location is the only plus point for this hotel…
