in the last weekStay for 1 night. The hotel is okay to me. Cold air cond, good water pressure in the bathroom. Hotel provide ample parking. The area however is a chinese area. To find halal restaurant need to go elsewhere. Karaoke located downstairs so you can hear people singing if your room at level 2. The karaoke close at 12 midnight. If you plan to sleep early and don't mind the noise, it's ok.

a week agoI made a bed booking on 31 May 2026. Upon arrival for check-in on 1 June 2026, the staff informed us that her colleague had overlooked our reservation and the hotel was already fully booked. She then offered us a room, mentioning that the air conditioner was very cold. Since other hotels were also fully booked, it was already around 10:00 PM, and payment had been made online, we accepted the room. However, after checking in, we found that the air conditioner was not functioning properly and the room remained hot. We waited almost two hours, but the room was still uncomfortable. In addition, the shower water pressure was very weak, and the toilet pump was not functioning properly. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the booking issue, poor room condition, and inadequate maintenance

a week agoStaff is not sensitive to customer bookings.. they like to give rooms that are not of good quality, aircon problem & toilet flush pump not working. Room is clean but can't sleep because it's too hot.. Worst experience from Greenlast Hotel service..
