in the last weekHaving travelled extensively and stayed at many resorts and hotels around Malaysia and abroad for more than 20 years, including returning from a business trip to Bangkok just last week, I can confidently say that this resort provides world class service and hospitality. The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail from the staff truly deserves recognition. Kudos to Aizat, Danial and the entire team for your excellent service and for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Apologise to the staff for demanding requests during my stay. Despite this, everyone remained professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Keep up the excellent work!

a week agoAn Underrated 5-Star Eco-Luxury Paradise, I paid for this trip by myself and in no way sponsored or paid to write this review! One of the best IHG hotels in Kuantan in my opinion. My wife and I just concluded a quick anniversary getaway at Mangala Estate, and it was exceptional. If you are driving up from KL, it is the ultimate stress-free luxury escape. We stayed in the 1-Bedroom Amani Villa, and waking up to the total tranquility, morning mist, and peaceful lake views left us feeling completely recharged. The estate grounds are beautifully maintained, and the facilities are perfectly adequate for a relaxing couples' retreat. We spent our afternoon enjoying the paddle boats, kayaking across the calm lake, and trying out archery. Taking short walks across the property at night under the stars was incredibly peaceful. The service throughout our stay was seamless and warm. This property is highly underrated and deserves all the praise. We will absolutely be back.
