⭐ Disappointing Service from the Buggy Staff Last night, after returning to Mangala from dinner, there was no buggy staff around to assist us at the parking area. When the buggy staff eventually attended to us, I asked a very simple question: “Is there OKU parking available?” Instead of responding politely and professionally, his manner came across as dismissive, and he appeared to be smirking while speaking to us. I found this extremely unpleasant. I was not asking for special treatment. I was simply asking about an accessible parking facility and expected a courteous answer and some assistance. For a resort of Mangala’s standard, guests should not have to feel uncomfortable asking about OKU accessibility. Staff operating the buggy are part of the guest experience, and professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity should be basic requirements. The property itself is beautiful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Management should seriously look into the service standards and training of the buggy team. Luxury is not only about the property. It is about how you treat your guests—especially when they are asking for assistance.

We were so delighted with our stay that we actually skipped the next stop on our road trip just to extend our time at Mangala Estate. ​The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite. We would especially like to highlight Farissha from the kids' club, we knew our most precious ones were in the warmest, most loving hands, and she organized fantastic activities for them. ​Our pool villa was comfortable and luxurious, yet I equally enjoyed spending time around the lake, cycling, birdwatching, going on nature walks, doing archery, and paddling. The restaurant options, breakfast, and overall food were also delicious. ​Everything was wonderful. Terima kasih! 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Stay at Mangala Estate Boutique Resort What a beautiful experience from beginning to end. Mangala Estate is truly a hidden gem ... peaceful, surrounded by nature, beautifully maintained, and filled with the kind of hospitality that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. We came here for our anniversary, and somehow the stay became even more special than we expected. We were incredibly blessed to receive room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our celebration even more memorable. 🥹❤️ The villa was spacious, private and beautifully designed, while the entire estate had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up surrounded by greenery, fresh air and the sounds of nature was exactly the escape we needed. But what stood out the most was the people. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely kind throughout our stay. It’s the little thoughtful gestures and sincere hospitality that turn a beautiful resort into a place you’ll always remember. Thank you, Mangala Estate, for being part of our anniversary memories. We left feeling rested, grateful and already wishing we could stay longer. Definitely one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Surrounded by lush greenery, this place is peaceful and calming. Private pool attached to the villa, buggy service to send you to your room – thoughtful touches. Aircond was a bit warm in certain rooms, but the morning breeze made up for it. Cycling and other outdoor activities kept the team engaged. Meeting room sessions and jungle expedition were tiring but fun. Food was delicious and portions were generous – just what we needed after a long day.
