Swiss-Bell Hotel Kuantan

I enjoyed how clean, bright, and comfortable the hotel was. The wooden flooring instead of carpet was a big plus as there was no musty carpet smell. I also appreciated having an individually controlled air-conditioner, so I could switch it off or adjust the temperature myself. The ceiling fan was especially useful for ventilation and helped me avoid relying too much on dry air-conditioning, which can give me a sore throat. The large full-height windows brought in plenty of natural light and also made it easy to see that the room was genuinely clean. I liked the kitchen island too it was a comfortable workspace, and I had a very productive evening with good concentration. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Shaiful, who assisted me well with my bookings. The food was also very good with a nice spread, so kudos to the chef and kitchen team. What I didn't like The hotel is quite far from the food square, which makes outside dining less convenient. Although it is located by the beach, the beach itself was unfortunately not very clean. I was there for a conference and also felt that the presentation screens could have been sharper and clearer, hotel shud really invest on sharper screens.
